A:All machines and devices in our shop with one year warranty, but not include some consumables like mills, cutters and drills such tools.

A:We will put a track number on the order, you can log in and track where your package is.
Q: This is my first time to use this machine, is it hard to operate?
A:We have English manual and video guide how to use this machine and software, if still have questions, contact us by email with your questions, we will reply within 1 day.
Q: How do I choose a suitable machine for my work?
A: Contact us and tell us what materials you process, what working size you want, and what shapes you need, we can recommend the best model for you.
Q: what is your machine accuracy?
A:We can do machine accuracy from 0.05-0.02mm for different machine model, high accuracy customized model is no problem for us.
Q: How long does shipping takes.
A: It depends on what shipping service you choose, we have overseas warehouses in Germany and Russia, for shipping from overseas warehouse, normally takes around one- two weeks, Or shipping directly from China, we also have fast service like DHL, TNT and Fedex or air shipping around one week arrival, or sea shipping for saving money, around 30-50 days arrival, also we have train door to door shipping to EU countries with all tax and duty included, around 30-45 days arrival.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes we can ship our machines to all countries and areas, some places you can not find service from our website, don’t worry, contact us directly and tell us your detailed shipping address, we will find service for you.
