If you are from the following countries, here are some information you need to read first.

USA, Canada: When you order a machine over 68KG, better leave a shipping address which belongs to business zone, if ship to residential area, there may cause some dispatching fees, or you can confirm shipping cost from us first then place an order.

Russia: We have special line service to Russia with all tax and duty included, so the shipping time maybe longer, maybe around 28-35 days arrival, so when you need this machine urgently, kindly let us know in advance.

Turkey: Need to import under a name of company which can do custom clearance, no personal orders.

Brazil, Argentina: You must make sure you can do custom clearance at first, an importing licence is required.

EU:Most of EU countries we provide door to door with all tax and duty included service, we have warehouse in Germany, so when your machine model is available in our Germany warehouse, then we can ship directly from Germany, if out of stock, we may use train shipping ways, this way may be slow, around 30-50 days arrival. if you requires fast shipping, please kindly let me know.
